I could tell my elderly cat liked the chiropractic adjustments because he came out of his carrier on his own and was quite cooperative with the process. I wanted to reach out and share my experience following my recent appointment with Tails Animal Chiropractic Care. When I first booked the appointment, I didn't know what to expect, and the wondering of what was going on with my dog and her limp was quite stressful. I was so pleased to find out exactly what was happening. The three adjustments helped significantly, but most of all, I appreciate now knowing what to expect moving forward. I was also happy to learn about buying small baby food meat jars and freezing them. They make great frozen treats in this hot weather. Once my dog finished those, I recycled the jars by filling them with bone broth and freezing them again. Your staff is great and truly loves their animal friends. Thank you for the wonderful care. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pups. Dr. Amber is so patient with my Corgi, who let’s be honest, isn’t the easiest adjustment. My senior miniature poodle, Roxy, was limping badly and in pain, and she recently had an injury that left her unable to turn her neck to the right. After visits with Dr. Amber—and occasionally other chiropractors on the team—at Tails Animal Chiropractic, she improved dramatically. Dr. Amber showed me how to massage her at home and gave tips to prevent future issues. We continue her adjustments every few weeks, and the gentle, natural care has made such a difference. I am so grateful for Tails Chiropractic and Dr. Amber. My dog has gained quite a bit of mobility back from an old injury that was really getting worse. I cannot say enough amazing things about Tails Animal Chiropractic Care. My dogs have been seeing them for 4 years now and my experience has been nothing less than extraordinary. As a human chiropractor myself, I am very picky with who my family gets to see. You can rest assured that your animals are in fantastic hands with everyone here. We originally sought out their care for my puppy who was struggling with a sloppy sit. They did such a great job taking care of her, that both of my dogs now have been going in for routine care. Dr. Amber has been absolutely wonderful in addressing all of my active dogs needs and making sure they remain in their best shape. They both absolutely love going to the chiropractor and get very excited when they jump in the car to go get adjusted. Tails offers many modalities and techniques so they are well equipped to tackle any injuries that may arise. Going to Tails Animal Chiropractic Care has proven to be a good decision by getting regular adjustments on an old back leg muscle injury on our mini Aussie that won't give up chasing frisbees and squirrels.  She loves going to the doctor to see Dr. Amber or Dr. Alisha.

Dr. Amber has been so helpful in keeping my senior English Bulldog walking and comfortable as he is aging! His back hips and legs are quite weak which puts strain on the other healthy areas. UPDATE! If you’re considering chiropractic adjustments for your pet, do it!! Our 7 year old pup is also benefiting from chiropractic adjustments with Dr Alisha. We’ve noticed such a difference! He started initiating play with his puppy brother, brings us toys, walks straighter, sits more comfortably, and seems much happier! So glad we’re able to do this for him <3 We have a 14 year old rat terrier who has had joint problems for years. After one session with Dr. Alisha, we were able to go on walks and play fetch. He has stopped licking his paws, welcomes snuggles, and is eating better! We wish we had realized years ago how much chiropractic treatment would improve his quality of life! This is an amazing clinic! I have been taking my 11-year-old female German Shepherd there and she is doing fantastic!! I got a great Black Friday deal when we first went in. I loved it! It is a long drive for us, but it is well worth it. All the doctors know about your pet, so you don't have to stress about if your original Dr. isn't there that day. I really like that. Dexter and I appreciate Dr. Alisha so so much. She’s so sweet and knowledgeable. Dex used to have a posture of a shrimp and limp down the stairs. And now, he romps around like he’s 2 years old again. I benefited from chiropractic care myself, so when we saw the Tails Chiro booth and got a complimentary adjustment at the FH5K, I knew they were going to be great for him. My 7 year old Goldendoodle suffered an unexplained neck injury and was in incredible pain. After 2 vet visits with the same result “make him rest and take pills for two weeks” we decided to go a different route. A dear friend recommended Tails, and it has been an amazing experience. The doctors are caring and knowledgeable. My pup now can move the way he used to and is no longer in pain. Tails Animal Chiropractic has some of the best animal docs around! My little yorkie has always had back problems and knee problems, so we took her to the chiropractors once a month and we saw how happy she was and how much the adjustment helped her. We think she realized it too because she would turn around and sit down to get adjusted by the end of our time in Colorado 🥰 my family and I have always loved these ladies, they do amazing work and had we not moved they would have still been in our monthly visit schedule!

We love Dr Amber! She really goes above and beyond for your dog. My dog was in pretty bad shape when I first brought her in. She was so stiff. The vet told us we might have to put her down. Dr Amber was so kind and reassuring that she could fix our dog. And she has! The amazing results speak for themselves. After only 2 visits my dog is doing so much better. My dog had been having intermittent back and hind end pain and weakness for almost a year before finding Dr. Alisha. I tried physical therapy, laser treatments, neurology consultations, and three different vets without seeing any difference. I called Tails Animal Chiropractic Care feeling so discouraged, and I immediately felt hopeful after the initial phone conversation. After the first visit with Dr.Alisha, my dog seemed happier and more like herself than she had been in months. I was nervous taking my dog to a chiropractor, and Dr.Alisha was so kind, compassionate and understanding at every appointment. She is gentle with her treatments and genuinely cares about people and their pets. I cannot say enough good things about her as a person and as a practitioner. Last Fall my little dachshund mix Ollie started having awful pain in what I thought was his spine, shaking and needing medication to manage it. The vet recommended things that were expensive and still wouldn’t get me an answer so my chiropractor referred me to Alisha at Tails. I drove Ollie to Denver for his first adjustment and continued in Fort Collins with Dr Laura. We found out together that we think he had a Psoas strain, causing inflammation through his lower back and lumbar. She and Alisha confirmed nothing was wrong with his discs. Through 2-3 months of Chiro and doggie PT exercises, my little man was acting himself!! No more medication, no $5,000 MRI!! I am so grateful and I continue to bring him for maintenance adjustments just like I do for myself to maintain his health and healing. Dr. Gena has been treating our three dogs for about a year now. We are so impressed by both her expertise and compassion for our dogs. They absolutely love her and the improvement in their mobility and overall health is remarkable. Our pitbull suffers from severely arthritic knees and shoulder issues, our dobie mix has issues with her lower back and our sixteen year old dachshund appreciates the tune ups to her spine as well. We are so thankful for her care and love for our pack. And they love her so I know she's great at what she does. Highly recommend regular treatments with her for animals. A good friend referred me to Tails when I noticed my dog, Hazel, was looking stiff and uncomfortable in her rear.  My friend has 3 dogs, two being seniors (one of which has severe hip dysplasia), that have been Tails clients for years with great results. Hazel is missing an inner toe on her back foot after an infection at 4 weeks old, and as she’s gotten older she tends to compensate for that foot while she walks.  It puts her back out of alignment and strains her muscles.  Dr. Alisha has made Hazel feel at ease since her first appointment, and regular visits to Dr. Alisha have truly transformed Hazel’s mobility. I’m so happy to have found a team I know will help keep my girl comfortable into her golden years. 💕 (And on a side note, they offer the CUTEST holiday photo ops from @nchurillophotos! We have been so incredibly fortunate to have found care with Tails. Our little Echo, who was diagnosed with bi-lateral luxating patella syndrome (dislocating knees) at 11 months old, has been receiving care since March 2024. The Dr's have always been so informative, welcoming, and egar to heal! She is always so happy and excited to go see Dr. Laura. I have wondered about chiropractic care for pets for a while and decided to give it a try.  Our Pace is an old man (12 yrs old/70 lbs), and after his 1st visit he came home with so much energy. We can’t say enough good things about Dr. Alisha. We took our cat to her after he was diagnosed with CH. She was extremely knowledgeable and kind and made him comfortable during his last couple of months. Her recommended treatment plan was realistic and manageable for our family. Over the past six months, Dr. Laura has provided an incredible level of compassion and care to my 10-year-old terrier mix, Cole. Over the last few years, he’s had a whole host of issues that got him out of whack, including a sprained ankle, cancer treatments and multiple surgeries. He was moving so slowly and painfully, I thought he was in his final decline. But Dr. Laura has helped him get re-aligned and he now moves easier and with no pain. I have only been taking my dog here for a little over a month, but even in that short time, I cannot say enough good things about both of the doctors here. They are so compassionate and kind! It is one place my dog has been excited to go since sustaining a neck injury. We love Dr. Alisha and the other doctors at Tails. They have done so much to help our 16 year old Chihuahua mix stay mobile. We thought we were going to have to put our pup to sleep because of a back injury that was causing her not to be able to use her back legs. My newly adopted chihuahua mix was limping constantly, lifting her back leg.  I had a surgical consult and x-rays and she has luxating patellas, esp. on one side.  After only 4 visits, she so rarely lifts that back leg, that I wouldn't even notice it.  They truly love dogs and their work is priceless.  My little dog loves it and looks so content during her adjustment.
